01Scope

This site provides browsing, search, and playback for short dramas. Some content is provided or embedded by third parties. We do not claim ownership of third-party content, but we do act on valid infringement notices. This page describes our process and is not legal advice.

02How to submit a takedown notice

Email support@huangguamanju.cc with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request". To help us verify quickly, include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (URL, registration number, or first-publication details);
• The full URL(s) on this site of the allegedly infringing material, with screenshots if helpful;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner;
• If applicable, a description of your relationship to the work (owner, exclusive licensee, etc.).

03What happens next

We review notices within a reasonable time. If a notice is complete and valid, we remove or disable the identified material and, where possible, notify the content provider. If information is missing, we may ask you to supplement it. Typical handling time is 2–5 business days; complex cases may take longer.

04Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should include:

• Your signature;
• The URL of the removed material and a description of its prior state;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court and to service of process.

On receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant. Where the law allows, the material may be restored after 10–14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

05Repeat infringement

Content sources or accounts that are the subject of repeated valid complaints may be restricted, suspended, or terminated. Sources with a clear pattern of infringement will be removed from our catalog.

06Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) and similar laws, knowingly submitting a false or misleading infringement notice may create liability, including damages. Please make sure you are authorized to act for the rights holder before submitting.

07Other requests

Privacy, defamation, minor-protection, law-enforcement, or other legal requests should also go to support@huangguamanju.cc with the request type in the subject. Mark urgent matters "Urgent" in the subject line.

We may update this page from time to time; changes take effect when posted. Please check the current version before submitting a notice.
